DEVELOPMENTS OF NOTE
Crews will not be working on November 23rd or 24th, in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
- Sewer repairs on NE Stafford between NE Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and NE 8th Avenue will continue until the new year. Crews will be replacing the mainline, repairing laterals to individual properties, and reconstructing manholes and stormwater inlets. The team is generally working from east to west on this section.
- To minimize construction impacts around the holidays, sewer work will not impact the travel lanes, parking, or sidewalks on NE Martin Luther King Junior Avenue through the first of the year.
CONSTRUCTION HOURS
Construction hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, but the contractor may schedule work during the same hours on Saturdays. The Portland Noise Office approved night work for two locations within the project boundaries. Homes and businesses near these locations will receive a separate notification before night work takes place.
